Define Stage:

Measure Stage:

Analyze Stage:

Optimize! evaluates the current project delivery system’s state and defines the resources, activities and risks involved in improving its operation

Improve Stage:

Optimize! delivers the changes within the project’s scope and integrates the new PMO’s practices into the environment.

Control Stage:

Optimize! implements a continuous improvement approach to the project delivery system’s ongoing management and officially closes the project.
